BEGINNING PATENT ENGINEER (M/F)
Fidal Innovation is an industrial property consultancy firm. Our advisors work in close collaboration with the lawyers of the Fidal firm, in order to offer a complete service, adapted to the needs of the company and which combines the skills of the lawyer and the patent engineer. This dual approach guarantees our clients a global service, integrating all aspects of economic life involving patents (tax law, company law, social law, competition law, intellectual property law, etc.) .
Your mission :
Under the supervision of Fidal Innovation's Industrial Property Advisors, your main missions will consist of:
- Write patent applications in French and English
- Follow delivery procedures in France and abroad
- Carry out legal consultations: patentability and freedom of exploitation studies.
Profile :
. Engineering School or University Bac+5 training in the field of applied mathematics, computer science, or even physics or mechanics
· Rigorous, curious and autonomous, you have a good analytical mind
· Beginner or first experience
Desired skills:
· Excellent writing skills
· Good level of English essential
The position is located in La Défense or Palaiseau.
Duration: CDI
